Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the service. By accessing the Service, you agre to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
St. Vincent's Gift Shop will use its best efforts to process all payment authorizations promptly and properly. However, the Auxiliary shall incur no liability if it is unable to complete the transaction because of the following:
- Your account does not contain sufficent funds to complete the transaction or the transaction would exceed the credit limit of account.
- You have not provided the Auxilary with the correct name or correct spelling of the recipient
- Circumstances beyond the Auxiliary's control (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from an outside force) prevent the proper transmission of your payment authorization.
You may not send any unlawful, fradulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive or otherwise objectionable information of any kind.
Limitations Of Liability
In no event shall the Auxiliary, St. Vincent's or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages) arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the service, whether incurred by you or any third party.

St. Vincent's has tremendous respect for our customers and web users. We know that people wish to keep their personal information confidential. Consequently, we are providing this Privacy Policy so that you understand how we use the information you provide.
We record e-mail contact information strictly for our internal use. We DO NOT sell or distribute personal information about you, the buyer, or the recipient of the gift. We use the NOVA system to handle credit card transactions. NOVA will not sell or disclose information on the transaction or the buyer.
Patient Privacy
The name and room number of the recipient is recorded briefly to check the patient's availability and for delivery purposes.
If a patient, through the use of the Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act (HIPAA), asks for total privacy and anonymity during his/her stay at St. Vincent's Medical Center, the transaction will be voided and a buyer will receive a refund credit to his/her credit card.
Credit Card Holder's Privacy
We do not retain credit card information except for audit trails, which are used to prove transactions. The audit trails have portions of the card number obliterated so the information is not useful.

We take every measure to ensure that your loved one's gift will be received during his or her stay at St. Vincent's Medical Center, however, there may be times when a patient cannot take possession of the delivery (example: the patient is discharged before delivery can be made.) In those instances, the buyer will receive a credit on his/her credit card and an e-mail explaining the reason the purchase could not be delivered.
If an ordered flower arrangement is out of stock or season, we reserve the right to replace that item with a similar product of equal value. If an ordered gift item is out of stock or season, the amount of the purchase shall be credited to the buyer's credit card.
If a patient or buyer is unsatisfied with the gift, every effort will be made to remedy the situation. If a solution cannot be reached, a return credit will be issued to the buyer's credit card.
